Dhatri is a gesture controlled user interface, aimed at motivating older adults to maintain fitness. Gestures used to control the interface was identified through user studies with older adults at Amarghor, an oldage home in Guwahati, Assam, India. Dhatri provides fitness modules to be performed by standing and sitting positions. Appropriate audio-visual feedback is given to interact with fitness module. Dhatri is currently prototyped and further taken for testing with targeted users.
